Surrounding Saint Antoine’s door, built between 1693 and the beginning of 18 century. It could place 344 men. After the military downgrading of the city in 1868 it was repurchased by private people.
The building, on the town side, opposite the hotel of commerce, shelters the Counter of tobaccos, where Navarre cigar is manufactured.
